By using this website or enrolling in Jiotutors classes, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

We provide live online classes, recorded lectures, study material and tests for school students. Schedules, batches and teachers may be changed when needed, with prior information wherever possible.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Students under 18 must register through a parent or guardian. You agree that the information you provide in the admission form is accurate and complete.

3. Fees & Payments

Course fees are communicated by our team at the time of enrolment. Fees must be paid on or before the due date. Classes may be paused if fees remain unpaid. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Student Conduct

Attend classes on time and behave respectfully with teachers and classmates.
Do not share class links, login details or study material with others.
Do not record, copy or distribute classes or material.
Misbehaviour may lead to removal from the class without refund.

5. Technical Requirements

Students need a working device and a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by the student's device, network or power supply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content remains the property of Jiotutors. Please read our Copyright Policy.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We work hard to help every student improve, but academic results depend on many factors, including the student's own effort. We do not guarantee any specific marks, ranks or admissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jiotutors is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
