Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with Jiotutors. That is why we offer a free demo class before you enrol. Please read the policy below.

1. Free Demo Class

The demo class is completely free. Please attend it and decide before paying any fees.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel your enrolment by informing us in writing (email or WhatsApp) before the start of the next billing period.
• Classes already attended in the current period are chargeable.

3. Refunds

• If you cancel within 3 days of paying your first fee and have attended no more than 2 classes, you are eligible for a refund after deducting any payment gateway charges.
• After this period, fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
• If we cancel a batch and cannot offer a suitable alternative, the unused fee will be refunded in full.

4. Missed Classes

Fees are not refunded for classes missed by the student. Recordings are available for revision.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
